Shipping & Returns Policy

General Information

  • Hours of Operation: Shipping occurs Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST), excluding Canadian Statutory Holidays.
  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via Canada Post ground/surface delivery services.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume seasons and promotions.
  • Tracking: Automatic package tracking is provided via email to the address used at checkout.
  • International Orders: International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Address Errors: Customers are responsible for any lost or missing packages resulting from address errors entered at checkout. Any additional costs required to re-ship an order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over $99 CAD before taxes.

Additions or Cancellations

  • Changes: To add to or change an order, please email info@rrselfcare.ca within 24 hours of placement.
  • Restrictions: Once an order has been processed for shipping, no changes will be permitted.
  • Discretion: R&R Self-Care reserves the right to cancel or refuse to ship an order for any reason.

Returns

  • Policy: Returns are not accepted due to sanitary reasons and the environmental impact of reverse shipping.
  • Resolution: If you have a problem with your order, email info@rrselfcare.ca with your order number, details, and photos. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Guidance: Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly read all product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Goods

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of receipt at info@rrselfcare.ca to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Goods: If products arrive damaged, email info@rrselfcare.ca within 5 days of receipt.
  • Claim Requirements: You must include your order number and photos of both the damaged products and the exterior shipping box to open a claim with Canada Post.
