In Like a Lion

Well, fellow hummigbirds, I am here to tell you the old saying, "In like a lion, out like a lamb" is holding mostly true for us this year.

March was an extremely busy and stressful month; however, as Spring has worn on, we have been met with the renewal and vibrance of the season through each of the connections we've been making with all of you!

April began with  another round of promotional gift baskets to some of our favourite local businesses and community organizations including Giresi's Pizza, Holy Trinity, St. Anne's and Errol Road elementary schools. We love how much people are enjoying our old-school approach to promoting our products.

We collaborated with one of our besties, Laura Greaves, at Great Lakes Refill Co. to spread the word about sustainable, low-waste living at the Sarnia Home Show at the beginning of April. Then it was off to the London Craft Show Easter weekend, where we were delighted to reunite with some of our London friends.

The Spring version of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sarnia-Lambton Show & Sale did not disappoint and even though Jennifer was in snow pants for the Sarnia Kinsmen "Spring into Summer" event at Baxter Park, we enjoyed a day filled with laughter and camaraderie among our vendor friends, both old and new.

We also got some new wheels! (more on this in a later post)
